From the smallest items like cotton balls and needles to the largest CT scans and MRI machines and including all other products in between that you would find in a clinic or hospital, MedPharm can provide with integrity and accountability.

Our head office in Guam serves as the hub to deliver the services that we extend through our offices in the Philippines, Saipan, Pohnpei, Majuro, and Pago-Pago. Our sustainable growth is a by-product of the success of the company since it was established by our President and General Manager in 1997.

MedPharm has since delivered countless supplies and medicines to our neighbouring islands, saving thousands of patients. We have installed state of the art radiological and laboratory equipment that guide our medical practitioners in performing their duties. Our well-trained biomed engineers ensure that the equipment will have longer life spans and give accurate results by performing regular preventive maintenance.

MedPharm reaches the community in Guam through its five retail pharmacies from the north to the south end of the island. We have established strategic locations around the island, so the populace has access to quality medicines near their homes.

Our operations in Pohnpei has a clinic (with the ONLY existing CT Scan in the FSM country), a retail pharmacy, a laboratory, and an optical shop (the sole optical in the FSM). I have seen this branch grow from the bottom, up and continue to serve the Pohnpeian community together with other Micronesians staying at their capital state.

Our office in the Philippines can always be considered as the company’s way of giving back to the people of the Pacific. Our operations there serves as the third-party administrator (TPA) of the referred patients from the islands. We are committed to serve them with full Filipino hospitality so they can see the Philippines as their home away from home while getting the best medical treatment possible at the most reasonable costs.

MedPharm is home to dedicated employees. Although the company has only been around for 25 years, more than a handful of our employees have received “loyalty” awards for their commitment to the company and our patients/customers over the years. This speaks volumes about the care and support that MedPharm extends to its people. Additionally, a handful of our former outstanding employees are now supervisors and managers at their new companies. This conveys the good experiences and knowledge that MedPharm imparts.
